Can the Cavaliers Force a Game 7 in the NBA Finals

Date: Tuesday, June 16th 2015 at 9:00pm ET The Golden State Warriors have won two games in a row and now have a 3-2 lead in the series. It would take a miraculous comeback by Lebron James and the Cavs to win the 2015 NBA Finals. Cleveland is 1-1 at home in the series – winning the first game 96-91 (G3) and losing the second game 103-82 (G4). The Warriors are 3-0 in the series when they’ve scored more than 100 points. Warriors vs. Cavaliers Game 6 Odds Warriors -3.5 (-110) vs. Cavaliers +3.5 (-110) Over 194 Points (-110) vs. Under 194 Points (-110) The public is split on the point spread in this match-up so far, but there has been heavy action coming in on the under, which is...

Can the Warriors Tie the NBA Finals Series in Game 4

Date: Thursday, June 11th 2015 at 9:00pm ET The Cleveland Cavaliers host the Golden State Warriors tomorrow night at the Quicken Loans Arena in Ohio. The Cavs have a 2-1 series lead, after winning two games in a row without Kyrie Irving. I know I wasn’t the only one who counted the Cavaliers out when Irving went down. However, Lebron James, Matthew Dellavedova and the rest of the Cleveland roster have stepped up and put the best team in the NBA on the ropes. A win in game 4 would practically seal it up. I have no idea what’s wrong with the Warriors offense, but they’ve been getting worse as the series has progressed. They showed some life in the 4th quarter of G3 and will need...

Cavaliers vs. Warriors Game 2 Picks – 2015 NBA Finals

Date: Sunday, June 7th 2015 at 8:00pm ET Well, we’re only heading into game 2 of the NBA Finals, but the Cleveland Cavaliers are in big trouble, as it has been announced that Kyrie Irving will be out for the rest of the series with a fractured knee cap. Kevin Love and Irving are now out, so Lebron James is on his own. The Golden State Warriors needed OT in game 1, but they won 108-100, after outscoring the Cavaliers 10-2 in the OT frame. It actually looked like the Cavs were going to win late in the 4th quarter, but they fell apart. James has said “bring on game 2”, but he must feel worse about his chances. However, if he could pull off the incredible and win the NBA Championship...

2015 NBA Finals Series Odds and Picks

I’m sure many predicted the Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors would be battling it out in this year’s NBA Finals. This series is going to be insane and I can’t imagine the series lasting less than six games. The Cavaliers are 12-2 in the NBA playoffs – the two losses came against the Bulls in the second round. They swept the Hawks in four games in the East Finals. However, the Cavs knew the real test wouldn’t come until the finals. Golden State put up a 12-3 record in the NBA playoffs thus far against some tough opponents in the West. Both teams have had a relatively easy run up to this point, but that should all change. Let’s take a look at the...

Warriors vs. Rockets Game 3 Predictions

Date: Saturday, May 23rd 2015 Golden State has done what was expected of them – they won the opening two games at home. Now the real fun begins. Will the Rockets be able to get back in the series or will they fold like a cheap suit? You can’t blame the Rockets effort in the first two games. They lost 110-106 in game 1 and they only lost by one point in game 2 (99-98). James Harden had a chance to win the game, but he blew the chance under pressure. Warriors vs. Rockets Game 3 Odds The bookies don’t see much separating these teams now that the series is in Houston. Golden State is a -1 favorite on the point spread in game 3. The over/under is 214.5 points – a big drop...

Cavaliers vs. Hawks Series Odds and Predictions

Date: Wednesday, May 21st 2015 The Cleveland Cavaliers and Atlanta Hawks will meet in the Eastern Conference Finals. This is the series everyone expected out of the East and it should be one of the best series of the 2015 NBA playoffs – even when you consider how banged up the Cavaliers are at this point. Odds to Win the NBA Eastern Conference Finals The Cavaliers are priced at -210 to win the series at GTBets, while the best price on the Hawks is +190 at BetOnline. I’m surprised the Cavs are such big favorites to start the series. Cavaliers vs. Hawks: NBA East Finals Series Picks Atlanta won the season series 3-1 and they were a perfect 2-0 at home, despite their normal starting...

Here is how our Tips Work!

Here at SportsBettingOnline, we would like to offer something special to our players, weekly free picks for the day’s best NBA matchups. With the NBA in full swing, I’m here to offer you some great picks a couple times a week.

I’m Joe Franklin, I’ve been betting sports for over 10 years and I have been a profitable NBA bettor for as long as I can remember. I use many factors when deciding which teams to back each day, and one of the most important is choosing the correct sportsbook. We’ve listed out top 5 picks below.

The most important aspect of NBA Betting is keeping up on the latest injuries, often times injuries are not known until closer to tip off and a big injury can send the line in another direction.

I also, do my homework. The NBA is my life during the regular season as I am watching games or researching picks. I read local reports from writers all across the country and I am up to date on the latest happenings.

I understand the team chemistry and the frenetic pace of this year’s lockout shortened season. Teams are tired and vulnerable more often, keeping track of team chemistry and fatigue are essential. In addition, I’ll be posting the best line I can find along with my picks to give our readers, a great bet and a good price!

How it works:

A couple times a week I will post a few plays for that night’s NBA action, depending on how much a like a certain play, I will bet a set number of units.

I don’t like to differentiate too much from the amount I bet, so my selections will usually only be for 1 or 2 units per play. A unit is your standard bet amount for your bankroll, be sure to follow a bankroll strategy that works for you, this usually only risking 2% to 5% of your bankroll on any given day.

I’ll post the plays at least a few hours before game time and recommend a reputable sportsbook with the best line. In addition to that, I’ll post my win/loss record and my net units for the season.

I’m going to start with a bankroll of 100 units. So if my bankroll is $1000, then I will have 100 $10 units to wager with. After each night of games, I’ll update my current bankroll to see how we have performed to date. I’ll use the following format:

Starting Bank: 100
Current Bank: 100
Profit / Loss:

Best of luck with all your picks this season. Thanks!
