Free Play and Cash Bonus

In one of the most unique deposit bonus promotions online, BetPhoenix offers players an assortment of different bonus choices, depending on the amount they deposit. These are also divided into half cash bonus and half free play bonus.

For instance, the first tier which is up to a $300 deposit has a 10% cash bonus, along with a 10% free play bonus, which totals a 20% bonus overall. There are two more middle tiers, and finally a top tier bonus which is worth a combined 70% in free plays and cash bonuses. The final tier is for deposits between $1,000 and $2,000. All bonuses come with a rollover between 6x and 12x, depending on the amount. Aside from deposit and reload bonuses, BetPhoenix offers regular reloads and seasonal promotions for big events, such as the Super Bowl, World Cup and March Madness.

Markets and Odds

Though the sportsbook accepts players from just about every country in the world, the vast majority of their clients come from North America, and more specifically, the United States and Canada. So, naturally their focus is mostly on American sports, but their selection of markets is still mighty impressive.

They also have a bit of an Asian focus and specialize in Chinese and Asian markets as well. Their website is translated both in Chinese, Vietnamese, and English. Their customer service representatives are also fluent in Vietnamese in addition to English.

While proposition bets and most of their futures are focused on the big four American sports, international markets are not without representation. Nearly every basketball league in the world is available for wagering, a full list of domestic soccer leagues in Europe and America. Other lesser known sports include rugby, tennis, motorsports, mixed martial arts and many more are also available.

Their range of markets could be a little more extensive, but they have all the bets that sports gamblers expect. Teasers, parlays, reverses, moneylines, if-bets, round robins and the ability to buy points across a number of sports is a nice touch.

Live or in-play betting is available on both the BetPhoenix.ag desktop site and on their mobile site. Their in-play platform is excellent and one of the best in the US market. The number of games available is the only drawback. There is a heavy focus on NFL games, and prime-time or playoff contests on other major American sports.

Limits

BetPhoenix doesn’t have gargantuan wagering limits like some other bookmakers but should be able to satisfy both recreational sports bettors and professionals. They will take a maximum bet of $10,000 per side and $5,000 on totals. For college and pro basketball, football, baseball and hockey this drops down to $5,000 per side and $3,000 on totals.

For foreign sports, or less prominent markets, this can drop to as low as $1,000 per side and total. Many propositions and exotics can be as low as $50.

Top Notch Support

BetPhoenix has an awesome support staff for a sportsbook of their size. In addition to their multiple toll free phone numbers for wagering and support, the book also offers email and live chat support. The service staff is prompt and knowledgeable.

Cashier Options

BetPhoenix has a variety of deposit options that make the sportsbooks accessible for any player regardless of their location and local laws. International bettors can use trusted e-wallets Skrill and Neteller, which come with no fees for depositing. The maximum limit on these methods is $4,000, and they are not available for US customers.

Credit card is the most popular option for players who can’t access the e-wallet. Again, this method comes with no fees for depositing, but it has a much lower maximum deposit, $500. Other options include person-to-person transfers, bank wires, and cashier’s checks. Transfer fees on P2P transfers will be reimbursed back to players if they the deposit is $300 or more.

Their withdrawal list is a bit smaller. International bettors will likely want to use e-wallets once again but will be hit with some fees for their payouts this time around. All Skrill and Neteller withdrawals come with a $30 fee per transaction.

Checks and person-to-person transfer will be the go-to method for those in the US and other non-regulated or borderline illegal markets. Bettors will receive one free check every 30 days with additional checks coming with a $50 fee. The maximum amount that a player can request in check withdrawals per week is $2,000. Person-to-person transfers are available up to $850 and have a fee of $37 to $70 per transaction; depending on the amount.

Emerging Sportsbook for US and Asia

BetPhoenix is a quality option for bettors in unregulated markets like the United States and parts of Asia. Their bonus option with free plays is one of the most innovative promotions available online, and they have a massive list of worldwide markets. While they could use some minor improvements in some areas, they stand out from the crowd in the cutthroat offshore industry.
