Ruyabet Bookmaker Review

Not Approved by SBO.net

Ruyabet Summary

Rüyabet bookmaker is a Global Play Limited NV company. It offers online Sports Betting and Casino sites and operates under a Curaçao License. It is aimed at the Turkish market and prides itself on offering ‘convenient payment methods for Turkish betting and casino lovers’.

It offers numerous bonuses and promotions for its members as well as offering them a range of sports and events that extend beyond the norm and into the realms of eSports.

It’s a site that defaults to Turkish but which translates to English and is therefore workable for English-speaking customers. They have clearly taken time to design their site and their claim that it has been ‘analysed in terms of ease of use’ is justified. In addition to the bookmaker, which is the site’s default page, they also have Live Betting, ESP (gaming), Casino, Live Casino and Virtual Betting.

Layout & Design

Rüya translates to English as ‘dream’ and while we wouldn’t go as far as to suggest Rüyabet bookmaker is an anyway dreamy, it’s actually not bad at all. The homepage may not be to everyone’s taste – if Disney-type cartoon graphics are not your think it definitely won’t be – but behind it lies a site that belies its ‘light-hearted’, even fluffy, appearance.

Aside from the ‘Disney’ theme, there’s a familiar look to the bookmaker in terms of its layout. They go with the traditional main body / left sidebar / right sidebar design and, to be fair, they utilise the space well.

The left sidebar kicks off with a section that offers a single click for Europe’s top football leagues, including the Turkish Super League, and also the Champions and Europa Leagues.

This is followed by a listing of the sports and countries for which they have markets. This review was undertaken in the close season and so, using football as the example, rather than a line-by-line listing of the upcoming matches, it offers odds for next season’s league winners. During the season, however, it will list matches with the win/draw/lose bet followed by the numerous other bets available for each game.

The left sidebar is a peculiar design, but it just about works. Essentially, within the column, it lists the sports via an icon [⚽ for football, ???? for basketball etc] and then once it’s clicked upon it opens up the right side of the same column with a list of all the countries for whom Rüyabet have markets for that sport. We’ll come onto the number of sports and markets available later but, suffice to say, it isn’t the biggest list we’ve come across. However, they do what they do quite well, our only slight complaint being a slightly odd configuration of the ‘football’ list of countries.

The main body is also standard fare and will be more than familiar to the regular bettor. It offers different variations based on the sport of your choice – football, tennis, basketball and ice hockey head the page – but generally, it will default to a page that lists, as described, each fixture line-by-line. In that line you are offered one-click bets for win/lose/draw, both for full-time and half-time but of far more interest is a number on the far right of that same row that describes the number of other lines available for that match or contest. In most cases this opens up a treasure trove of intriguing and exciting bets – of such a variety and depth it will satisfy almost any punter out there. And it does it very neatly and nicely, with the range of bets being filtered neatly and clearly underneath the main line; each bet but a single click away. It’s nicely presented, differs slightly from the norm in its appearance, and is really quite good, with all odds presented in a decimal format.

Also worthy of note is that Rüyabet bookmaker uses the Betradar.com stats service to support every fixture on offer, which is easily located by a single click on an icon next to the fixture itself. These are excellent and offer the punter almost every conceivable piece of data needed to make their bet.

The fixtures in this section are split between live, upcoming and future games.

The right sidebar follows the traditional combination of betting slip and in-house adverts. Their betting slip is at the top of the column and is automatically populated once a bet has been clicked upon – it works well – and what follows is a return to the Disney-type ads that plugs the site’s games and bonuses.

Sports Markets & Odds

As alluded to above, Rüyabet bookmaker doesn’t offer the exhaustive range of sports offered by others, instead they concentrate on the major sports – football, tennis, basketball, ice hockeyhandballvolleyballcricketfutsalNFL, rugby, beach volleyball, boxing, darts, ping pong (table tennis) and baseball. But they do go big with these sports and, using football as the example, there were over 40 countries available at the time of the review, ranging from the big boys – Spain, Germany, Italy, England etc – to footballing minnows such as Ecuador, Singapore and Bolivia. So, essentially, their coverage of the beautiful game is sufficient so that, whatever time of day or night you prefer to bet, there will usually be some live football available to bet on.

In terms of offering value, Rüyabet bookmaker is, it must be said, below the industry average. At the time of the review they were compiling their odds to an average of around 108%, and with the industry standard being between 105% and 106%, they sit at the less generous end of the spectrum. So, not ideal but still within an acceptable range.

Bonuses

These are pretty good – the welcome bonus in particular. There are a few boxes to be ticked in order to receive this but once you qualify you can receive a 100% bonus from a minimum of 50 TL to a maximum of 350 TL.

In addition, they offer plenty of other bonuses for punters who have signed up to their site, which vary from time to time. At the time of the review, there were ten different bonuses on offer across the whole site.

Responsible Gambling

While there is nothing on the front face of the site to suggest Rüyabet bookmaker take their responsible gambling duties seriously, there is a section at the foot of the site with all their other technical information called ‘Conscious Game’. It’s quite brief but it lists several dos and don’ts and things to watch out for. It attempts to show bettors how to be ‘self-responsible’ and, also, how to identify problematic behaviour at an early stage. It also offers a contact site for those who think they may have a problem [www.gamcare.org.uk].

Customer Services

Rüyabet handle this part of the operation very well indeed, their live support team offering customers assistance 24/7 via their live chat or their WhatsApp link. They also offer an email address for those who don’t require an urgent answer and some excellent FAQs, which they describe as their ‘knowledge bank’.

Mobile & Tablet

Rüyabet bookmaker is a mobile-optimized site, so if you prefer betting on the go – either on a smartphone or a tablet – you will find a nice configuration which is basically a mini-version of their desktop site. It works nicely for both iOS and Android and offers a good betting experience in terms of navigation and responsiveness. There are no apps available but given that the mobile optimization works very well this is not a problem.

Restricted Countries

China, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Italy, North Korea, Belgium, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Turkey, UK, US, Vatican City, Hungary and Croatia.

Pay-Outs

Cash-out is an automated process on Rüyabet and so in the normal scheme of things this is generally at the speedy end of the scale – pay-outs are usually processed within 24 hours. There are no online examples of this being a problem in any way, even for large wins.

Final Verdict

There is nothing not to like about Rüyabet bookmaker but equally there is nothing here to blow you away – unless you’re a big fan of fancy, cartoon, Disney-style animation. As you can probably tell, we’re not sure this adds anything but some superfluous ‘fluff’ to what Rüyabet have on offer but behind it is a site that does nothing wrong. It’s robust, quite well designed and nicely intuitive – even for new bettors.

Where perhaps it falls short of some of its Turkish competitors is in the number of sports and entertainment themes on offer. It does offer eSports – and some sites list these as sports to be fair – but still there are few minority sports or fun bets to be explored if that’s your thing. What they do very well, however, is football, for which there are lots of countries and a great range and depth of bets.

In terms of value for money, they are at the least generous end of the scale but still okay and, as ever, there will be value there if you search for it.

The bonuses on offer are good and plentiful. A 100% welcome bonus is always a good thing but when it is backed up by loads of other good offers – nor just for sports but across the board – there are plenty of reasons to be cheerful.

In short, Rüyabet bookmaker is fine and punters shouldn’t be fooled by its gimmicky appearance. It has plenty to offer.
