Website

The Jetbull Sports landing page adopts a black, grey, white and red theme and is professionally put together. There is a large sliding graphic illustrating the different games and sports on offer and the current promotions. The bookmaker can be accessed on the menu bar at the top of the page and the layout is fairly standardised – sports down the left hand side of the page, live betting in the middle and the bet slip on the right hand side. Customers can log in to their accounts in the top right hand corner and can contact live support directly beneath. Everything is well designed and the site is intuitive.

Customers visiting Jetbull from a mobile device will automatically be redirected to a web app where they can access the bookie, casino and live casino. The same colour scheme is used and navigating around the app is easy.

Languages

The Jetbull Sports website can be viewed in six languages – English, German, Russian, Swedish, Spanish & Turkish. This is an healthy mix which attracts customers from all over Europe.

Markets

In total, there are 23 different sports/events listed on the Jetbull website. This is a fair number and the sports covering a wide range of disciplines. Football is unsurprisingly the most popular with the largest number of markets, with ice hockey and basketball next in the rankings.

Impressive is the only word to describe Jetbull’s football coverage. Games from all corners of the world are priced up, with a total of 45 countries/regions listed. From Paraguay to Jordan to Costa Rica, Jetbull have it all covered. The English football is solid, with matches from the Premier League to the Conference North and South.

Jetbull Sports offer UK and Irish horse racing – something that many firms fail to do. It is not particularly extensive, with win only markets for each contest the solitary offering (those that dabble in the horse racing markets tend to have other bets up such as forecasts and special bets etc.), but it is definitely better than nothing. There is also ante-post betting for major events such as the Cheltenham Festival and 2000 Guineas.

For the NFL Super Bowl, there were 63 additional bet types, including a total points, handicaps, first half, odds and evens etc. This fell behind SkyBet who offered 89 and William Hill who priced up 144 extra bets, but was better than Betway who only had 45 extra markets.

Some of the non-mainstream sports available on the Jetbull website include floorball, bandy, futsal and the biathlon. Both the number of and depth of markets can be considered solid.

Odds

When it comes to football odds, whilst it is difficult to compete with market leaders such as Bet365 and BetVictor, Jetbull Sports hold their own with the majority of firms in the industry. When looking at the English Premier League games, their odds tend to compile to around 105.8-106.3%. (The percentage figure is the total of all of the odds in the market when expressed as percentages. A 100% book would indicate no inbuilt profit for the firms). This is more than fair looking at the competition:

  • William Hill – 106%
  • SkyBet 106.4%
  • BetWay 107%

Jetbull offer similar value odds to established firm William Hill and more competitive prices than SkyBet and Betway.

The odds for the NHL include a little more inbuilt profit margin, but that is par for the course as most firms have their lowest margins on the top leagues in European football. Jetbull’s 109.4% for the New York Islanders v Boston Bruins matched William Hill’s margin, was better than SkyBet’s (110.4%), but lagged behind Betway (107.8%).

Thirty minutes before a 7 runner UK horse race at Wolverhampton, Jetbull’s odds compiled to 111.1% – a very fair figure for an early market. This was more competitive than Betway (112.4%), SkyBet (113.3%) and William Hill (116.5%). However, it is worth noting that unlike their rivals, Jetbull do not offer Best Odds Guaranteed – an important concession for most horse racing punters.

Across most of the other sports, Jetbull have compiled fair, if not market leading odds.

Promotions

Jetbull offer a 50% welcome bonus up to the value of €75 for customers who are yet to place a bet in the bookmaker. A minimum of €/£10 must be deposited and the bonus will be automatically credited to customers’ accounts. Like many firms nowadays, once a punter has accepted the bonus, then both the qualifying deposit amount and the granted bonus are held as bonus funds and cannot be withdrawn until bonus wagering requirements are met.

The total amount (deposit + bonus) generally must be wagered 15 times before the funds are realised to the customers’ real money balance.

The bonus is not available to customers from Germany, Serbia, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Estonia, Indonesia, Cyprus, Azerbaijan, Russia, Macedonia, Republic of Korea, Ukraine, Greece, Croatia, Nigeria and Latvia.

The bonus must be activated within 30 days of the customer’s qualifying deposit. Only bets with odds of 2.00  or bigger will count and the maximum that can count from any one bet is €50. Check the bonus terms and conditions for more details.

Payment Types

Jetbull Sports clearly want customers to be able to fund their accounts as easily as possible, and offer a whole range of payment solutions for their customers:

  • Mastercard
  • Fundsend
  • Entropay
  • Diners

E-wallets

  • Dotpay – SMS
  • Ecocard

Debit Cards

  • Visa Electron
  • Visa Debit
  • Switch/Solo
  • Maestro
  • Laser

Prepaid Cards

  • Ukash
  • Paysafecards

Online banking can also be used.

Customer Services

Users with any queries are able to access a FAQ section on the site which may help answer their questions. Otherwise, there is email support at support@jetbull.com, and a live chat feature which is available 08:00-23:00 UK time. The live chat won a ‘best customer service’ award in 2014, so the staff are clearly helpful. There is however, no telephone number for customers to speak to staff over the telephone.

Overall Opinion

Jetbull appear a reputable bookmaker, with a well-designed site, fair odds and solid customer service. When it comes to football, their market depth in terms of game coverage, is excellent. The one gripe is that their bonus is very difficult to extract and in all probability, punters are likely to lose their initial deposit as well. Although the horse racing odds are competitive, Jetbull could expand in this area by providing specials, best odds guaranteed and other concessions and promotions utilised by the major players in the industry.
