Viewing On A Desktop

24Win’s homepage gives bettors the opportunity to look at the different promotions and concessions available via flashy graphics and scrolling banners. Customers can choose the bookmaker from the horizontal menu bar at the top of the page. The website can be viewed in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Once in the 24Win bookmaker, the first observation is that there is a lot going on – graphics, banners, odds, and more. Although the page is content rich, everything has been very well designed and fits nicely. The list of sports can be found on the left hand side of the page and are accompanied by a useful search bar. Customers can also narrow down their bets by using the drop down list which gives the option to look for bets by time. In the centre of the page are the live odds and betting highlights. To the right hand side of the odds is the statistics bar, which gives players access to a plethora of statistics and information which can help players make more informed betting decisions.

Everything about the site is fairly standard in industry terms, but 24Win have done a very good job of putting it all together, with a good colour scheme, nice font, spacing and designs.

Free Money

24Win bookmaker rewards players for signing up with them by providing a welcome bonus up to a maximum of $50. Customers just need to deposit once they have signed up (Neteller and Skrill deposits are exempt) and use the code ‘Deportes100’. The rollover requirements on the bet are very reasonable in a climate where bookmakers are imposing stricter and stricter wagering rules before customers can withdraw their funds – 24Win just require the deposit and bonus amount to be played through 4 times (with minimum odds of 1.50 in singles and 1.40 in multiples).

24Win also offer promotions and concessions for their existing customers, with money back on 5+ team accumulators, enhanced odds, bonuses on winning accumulators and more. 24Win also offer ad hoc bonuses for clients, so all in all, they do a great job when it comes to promotions.

Sports Markets & Odds

South America has passion. Passion for most things in life, but a special sort of passion for the beautiful game…football. Whether it be with a tennis ball, crumpled up paper or a pig bag, children and adults across the continent play football. 24Win naturally place most of the time and resources into football, and customers can bet on matches from over 60 different countries around the world – from Lebanon to Hong Kong, there are prices on a huge range of matches.

The odds for matches from South America are not fantastic, but sit at around the industry average (for the region), compiling to around 110-112%. Coverage in Brazil, Argentina and other South American nations is very strong, with a good number of additional bet types per match. As expected, 24Win also place focus on English football – with odds compiled for matches down to as low as the Northern and Southern Premier Leagues. Odds in the English Premier League average out to 106% for the total book percentages, which is okay but nothing special.

All of the main American sports – American football, basketball, ice hockey and baseball are covered and lovers of European sports such as handball are in luck, as 24Win offer markets on games from Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Norway, Poland, Spain and Sweden. Odds in these leagues work to around 110%, which is again in line with the industry average.

Currency and Deposits

24Win facilitate a number of different currencies to be used on their website, including:

  • USD – US Dollars
  • BRL – Brazilian Real
  • PEN – Peruvian Sol
  • COP – Columbian Peso
  • KES – Kenyan Shilling
  • PYG – Paraguayan Guarani

The only standout currency is the Kenyan Shilling. This is a slightly unusual, as there aren’t too many people who use the currency and Kenyan’s can’t access the website.

Customers always appreciate a variety of payment methods for them to fund their accounts and 24Win do a good job of providing a range of options for their clients:

  • EcoPayz – Min/max deposit $10/$1000. Min/max withdrawal $10/$1000
  • Neteller – Min/max deposit $10/$1000. Min/max withdrawal $10/$1000
  • Skrill – Min/max deposit $10/$1000. Min/max withdrawal $10/$1000
  • MasterCard – Min/max deposit $10/$500. Min/max withdrawal $10/$1000
  • Visa – Min/max deposit $10/$500. Min/max withdrawal $10/$1000
  • Astropay Card – Min/max deposit $10/$500
  • Astropay Direct – Min/max deposit $10/$500
  • Paysafecard – Min/max deposit $10/$100
  • Bank wire – Min/max deposit $10/$1000. Min/max withdrawal $10/$1000

The maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are pretty low at $1000.

Brazil – +55 3 435122424
Chile – +56 2 32109640

Live chat is available daily from 10am to 10pm (GMT – 5). E-mail support is available at customer.service@24win.com. 24Win have an FAQ section that answers account, registration and other queries.

Mobile Betting

24Win bookmaker has a mobile optimised website that works on iOS, Android and other handheld devices. As such a young company, it comes as no surprise that 24Win don’t have a downloadable app (expensive), but their mobile website does the job. Customers are greeted with a list of the promotions on the homepage (including casino bonuses), and can access the bookmaker by choosing from the dropdown menu in the top right corner of the screen. The sports page is dominated by live action and upcoming highlights, with quick links to the 3 most popular sports – football, tennis and basketball. The rest of the sports can be accessed at the bottom of the page.

The icons are cool, everything operates smoothly and the site is easy to navigate around. It would be nice if 24Win offered a mobile specific promotion to entice customers to use their handheld devices, but players are still able to access all of the bonuses available on the main site.

The Final View

24Win bookmaker is at an advantage as they focus on the South American market, providing support in a variety of languages. They don’t do anything that is standout, but regular bonuses and concessions make signing up for a 24Win account a good idea.
